Dr. Anna-Magdalena Kölzer

PowerCo SE Salzgitter, Senior HR expert selection & diagnostic

Dr. Anna-Magdalena Kölzer is a psychologist with the focus on aptitude testing. In her current role, she is a Senior Expert for Selection and Diagnostics at PowerCo and responsible for the management selection and the road map and the global roll out of diagnostics for PowerCo. After pursuing her PhD in psychology, she selected airline and helicopter pilots for national and international airlines and federal agencies at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Hamburg for 10 years. Furthermore, she conducted individual assessment centers for the selection of professors for various faculties at the University of Hamburg.

In addition, she is an active member in the “Forum Assessment”, which is a non-profit association of diagnostics and personnel development experts from academia, the industry, consulting and federal agencies. In this role, she is currently involved in the project group “Tests” which develops  a screening system for personality-related tests in order to facilitate HR professionals the decision for a reliable and science-based personality test.

Dr. Anna-Magdalena Kölzer is also a lecturer for Communication Skills at the University of Applied Sciences in Wedel.
