Registration fees for the School and Symposium, valid until July 12, are as follows:
- EUR 200 for the School
- EUR 350 for the Symposium
These fees encompass all the coffee breaks during the meetings and an array of Special Events.
Payments can be made through bank transfer or PayPal, and is only due once your registration has been approved.
Please note that registrations and payments processed after July 12 will be subject to late fees of EUR 250 for the School and EUR 400 for the Symposium, respectively.
Late and onsite payments (with July 27) will be EUR 300 for the School and EUR 450 for the Symposium, respectively.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing to the LOC. The following cancellation fees will occur:
- until July 12, 2024 [CET]: Cancellation will be free of charge
- July 13-July 26, 2024 [CET]: 50 Euro
- from July 27, 2024 [CET]: the full registration fee will be charged.
A substitute may be send instead of a registered participant. In this case, please inform the LOC in time.
