Programme of the workshop
- Participants become aware of common obstaclesto giving and receiving feedback and how to overcome them
- Participants know how to engage theirsupervisors, peers and/or supervisees to learn what behaviours they need tochange to become more effective at their task
- Participants learn how to communicate their ownneeds and requests clearly
