● Announcement of location and dates: January, 12, 2024.

● Deadline for invited abstract submissions: December, 31, 2024 -> extended to January, 19, 2025

● Abstract submission open for poster contributions on INDICO: January, 8, 2025

● Deadline for submission of abstracts for poster contributions: February, 7, 2025 -> February, 19, 2025
   Authors will be notified about the abstract acceptance status not later than February, 20.

● Registration on INDICO and room booking at Schloss Hohenkammer open: February, 20, 2025

● Last day to register and pay on INDICO and book room at Schloss Hohenkammer from reserved allotment:
March, 19, 2025

● Paper submission open on INDICO: April, 30

● Conference start:  
- May, 18, arrivals, on-site registration starts at 15:30
- May, 19, 2025, on-site registration from 8:00, opening at 8:45, first talk at 9:00

● Conference end: 
- May, 22, 2025, 16:30
