Registration and fees

 

The standard conference fee is 600 EUR. The student (including PhD students) conference fee is 420 EUR. An additional incoming money transfer fee of 30 EUR has to be charged. Outgoing fee(s) may still apply depending on country and bank of sender.

 

The conference fee covers:
- four lunches (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday);
- conference dinner (Wednesday);
- soft drinks in the auditorium throughout the conference;
- publication of one paper in EPJ Web of Conferences.
None of these options can be excluded from the conference fee.

 

Additional options for registration:
- to publish a second paper in EPJ Web of Conferences: 50 EUR;
- accompanying person joining the conference dinner: 90 EUR;
- accompanying person joining lunches and the conference dinner: 330 EUR (unfortunately coffee breaks cannot be covered for accompanying person, but coffee should be available at the reception of Schloss Hohenkammer).

 

Abstracts, registration and paper submission are managed using the RFPPC2025 INDICO website.
